As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our organizational culture and supporting our most valuable asset—our people. Job responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by creating job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, promoting a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting employee development.
